New Years Greetings from Lanzerote

I thought we would break the mould and spend New Years in a non-freezing or rain stricken country this year.

Having arrived yesterday, Hive account@bingbabe in a bad state after drinking too much Prosecco on the plane we completely vetoed the fireworks last night and went to bed.

While they woke me up at midnight, all I could hear next to me was snores. Some people just sleep through anything.

We just got turned away from breakfast with an animated cook explaining to us in Spanish that it’s delayed for an hour due to everyone being pissed with hangovers.

At least that’s what my rudimentary Spanish told me, it could well have been something else.

Today is going to be a chill out day as almost everything will be closed. Tomorrow the adventures start and we travel.

While I have brought a laptop with me, todays effort is just a free write with esteem mobile.

I’m now waiting for Hive account@bingbabe to complete her morning run before we infiltrate the breakfast room again.
