There is a small part where, indeed, NextColony is written in space!
It took me 116 explorations to write it. Although 100-something explorations might not seem like a lot to some players, it was a considerable amount for me who, after relocation, had to start all over again from only one (primary) planet.
It means that some spots were over 20 coordinate points away from my main planet. With Explorer I, it means over 40 hours of traveling (there and back) to reach just one such spot.
In short, it took me a few weeks to write it down in space the way I wanted, and as it is now. But I was happy to have that blank canvas of unexplored (yet) part of the map in some more distant part of space at my disposal.
First, I screenshotted the galaxy map where I wanted to place the NextColony written sign. Then, on the taken image, I draw my exploration plan (as you may see on the above photo).
I was also a bit afraid that some player, without understanding, might ruin it with own explorations. Fortunately, it didn't happen! Therefore, I want to shout a big THANK YOU to all the neighboring players who let me finish this project!
As because of further explorations, how my own the same of the other players, I don't believe the sign would stand there clear and untouched for long if you want to see NextColony truly written in space, NOW would be the best moment.
You can easily find it by going to NextColony Galaxy Map and typing in the following coordinates: 1123/1544
