Hello friends, greetings, today I come with a fusion of flavors and spectacular colors, a drink that brings back memories because I used to drink it a lot when I had the opportunity to go to the beach, the Papaya and parchita, I prepared it very concentrated to enjoy it, we took a lot of crushed ice in a cellar that was very airtight and preserved everything very well. And when the heat attacked, the preparation was a delight. When all the flavors were combined, the drink was so divine to refresh.

The days at the end of ¨long¨ week: are undoubtedly really good for "resting", or taking a "trip" that you had in mind, whatever the situation, these are days to be in the company of the people we love, "meditate" and "reflect," something that does very well to "balance" our "emotions."

School break is always a time that children look forward to. It is the perfect opportunity to take a break from the school routine, daily classes, getting up early and doing homework. For children it represents days of freedom and fun, but not so much for parents. Keeping children at home for a whole week can be a real challenge, especially when it comes to keeping them entertained and, importantly, not bored.

For Week 33, I was drawn between doing Jerusalema ( an amazing song, that's widely known around the world) or NDLOVU, I choose NDLOVU because of the power and the meaning of the song. With the current situation our nations are in we need a voice to remind us that we are more than conquerors.

Of the 7 (seven) deadly sins existing, Buhito has fallen into most of them, but the sin that ended up condemning his soul in the hell of penguinity was the greed. He only desired the love of a beautiful buhita, but his heart was wrong to choose her because she only loved money and luxuries, Buhito did not see that and made a serious mistake of which he was not aware at the time and ended up condemning his soul to a hell full of penguins for eternity.

The lyrics also touch on personal growth. When you meet God’s light, your life can transform. The song urges us to rise up and shine, echoing Isaiah 60:1, which says, “Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord rises upon you.” It’s a call to act, reminding us to reflect that light to the world.Musically, it blends African gospel with contemporary worship, making it relatable to many cultures. Sandra’s powerful voice adds emotion, turning the song into a real spiritual moment. It fits perfectly in worship settings, especially during celebrations or times of spiritual renewal.

Hello friends. Today I want to share with you a simple idea, but full of creativity: a handmade napkin holder that you can customize as you like. What makes this project interesting is that we will use materials that you probably already have at home, and that makes it practical, accessible and special. In a few small steps, we will transform the ordinary into something unique, ideal to give a personal touch to our table.

Three weeks ago, my husband was diagnosed with a brain tumor. Since then, our lives have changed in ways we could never have imagined. But in reality, this story started much earlier. Almost a year ago, the symptoms began: a strange tiredness, sleeplessness, mood swings, subtle but persistent physical alterations. And then, more recently, severe headaches and gradual vision loss. For months, every visit to the doctor in the public health system ended with a prescription to alleviate the symptom of the moment. Sleeping pills. Something for pain or stress, different treatments that did not improve the symptoms. Never a deeper look, never an X-ray or a CT scan, not even a suspicion that there was something else. And so the months went by and the discomfort became a daily occurrence and became part of life, waiting for an improvement that was slow in coming.

Well, I honestly don’t watch movies that often anymore. And when I do it’s old favorites like The 90’s Mummy or Clue, or something I didn’t choose but that someone else in the household put on. Shows on the other hand, I tend to binge, esp when my mood is low. Don’t get me wrong though, I love books. I love reading. Curling up in my favorite chair with a book, my cat, and a nice cup of tea is one of my favorite things. But I don’t do it that often, even though I arguably could. So why don’t I? Part of it is that I also really enjoy video games, doing art and hanging with folks. The other part is that I am dyslexic, not severely so, but enough that reading is work, and my brain doesn’t always co-operate.
