OCD's support is expanding!

Hello everyone! This is the 2106th compilation post of OCD's latest curation efforts. It has been known that OCD has been supporting leading niche communities under its Community Incubation Program. However, there are still a lot of other niche communities not supported by OCD. This curation initiative will help in supporting those communities.

This newest curation effort aims to encourage authors to post in appropriate communities even if those communities are not under the incubation program. This will also encourage users to explore more into the different communities in Hive.

OCD curators and community leaders will find posts from other niche communities and recommend them for an upvote. Unlike those communities in the incubation program where curation is focused, this curation initiative is spread out. This will help find undervalued posts from smaller communities that deserve support.

This will highlight both the author and the community where the post is located. This way, smaller niche communities can focus on growing their subscribers and increasing the engagements within their respective communities. A small boost goes a long way.

Ever since I started playing guitar, I always dreamed of visiting other countries making music. I think it's something we all dream of deep down, going abroad doing what we love to do.

I had already left Venezuela in the past, but this time I was going as a professional musician with the Orchestra System, and it was a very special occasion as it was the 200th anniversary of the founding of Bolivia (Simón Bolívar's favorite country). It was a wonderful opportunity to represent Venezuela culturally.

There are many world-famous musical works, and our Venezuelan song, "El burrito sabanero," composed by Venezuelan musician Hugo Blanco in 1972, has become an indisputable symbol of Christmas, not only in Venezuela but throughout much of the Spanish-speaking world. With its cheerful rhythm and simple lyrics, this musical piece has transcended generations, borders, and cultures, establishing itself as a timeless classic. Its success lies in the perfect combination of Venezuelan folkloric elements with a catchy melody that invites dancing and celebration.

Happy day, dear Hivers! I’m happy to share with all of you that I’m celebrating my sixth year on the Hive blockchain, an ecosystem full of many wonderful things that has changed my life. Let me tell you a little about my experiences and development in the various communities and events over the years.

More than six years ago, I learned about this monetized social network where I could create content on various topics based on my own charisma, and I can say that since joining Hive, I have embarked on a journey full of many positive things and lessons learned.

It's been about seven years since my last visit to the state of Mérida, Venezuela, a place well known for its magnificent landscapes and mountains that form part of the Andes mountain range. I was also born there, as my parents were studying in the city during the 1980s and 1990s. However, I only lived there briefly, which wasn't enough time for me to adopt the customs and even the accent of the state. We then moved to the south of the country, almost a 24-hour drive away, specifically to the city of Puerto Ordaz, Bolívar state.

Hello, Summer Vibes Community! As a Japanese person, I’m excited to share a piece of my culture and personal experiences with you all🥰

Japan has a traditional custom called Obon, a summer ritual where families welcome and honor the spirits of their ancestors at home.

During those years, his mother, Leticia, used every resource at her disposal to pay for Daniel's studies: she cleaned houses, babysat, ironed clothes, and sold trinkets on public transportation. She did whatever it took to pay the monthly tuition fees, but even so, there were semesters when Daniel had to interrupt his attendance at classes because he couldn't afford to pay.

My usual route was slightly altered, as I took a detour down an alternate path that, fortunately, led me to the same destination: the Command. However, upon arrival, I was surprised to find that the place was unlit, except for the section I frequent. I took advantage of the available light to start my routine with a series of sprints, followed by jump squats and lunges. The intensity of these exercises was enough to leave my legs exhausted, hehehe.
