OCD's support is expanding!
Hello everyone! This is the 918th compilation post of OCD's latest curation efforts. It has been known that OCD has been supporting leading niche communities under its Community Incubation Program. However, there are still a lot of other niche communities not supported by OCD. This curation initiative will help in supporting those communities.
This newest curation effort aims to encourage authors to post in appropriate communities even if those communities are not under the incubation program. This will also encourage users to explore more into the different communities in Hive.
How this Works
OCD curators and community leaders will find posts from other niche communities and recommend them for an upvote. Unlike those communities in the incubation program where curation is focused, this curation initiative is spread out. This will help find undervalued posts from smaller communities that deserve support.
This will highlight both the author and the community where the post is located. This way, smaller niche communities can focus on growing their subscribers and increasing the engagements within their respective communities. A small boost goes a long way.
Speaking of boost, here are the curated posts for this batch:

Community: WEEKEND EXPERIENCES

When I was thirty, I was selected for a limited trial research program. They gave me the choice of either retaining my physical health and physique as it was then, or the current state of my mind. I knew right away what my choice would be.

Owning a house to be called ours, Home is the goal my husband and I have worked on for years. Lucky are those who had after or maybe before their marriage, but ordinary people like us need to build from scratch. We've been married for four years, yet, it's only this year we accomplished the construction. Things weren't in our favor for the past years, plus the pandemic happened. Thus, after all the struggles and sacrifices, I am glad we made it.

In our backyard we have enough space to grow anything we want. (Ok, not everything). Since I have hay fever it was better to have artificial grass in our backyard. If I want to grow something, I would need to use pots.

In February, I planted my Onions. Actually, what did is called overseeding. I planted hundreds in each 4 inch by 4 inch container, for later transplanting outside. By summer, I was ahrvesting an onion or two, when I needed, for cooking. By End of the growing Season, I harvested the last, and hung them for drying and storing. I stored them by stringing and hanging them to keep them spoiling. Check out Stringing Onion for how I store onion.

And for this time I want to show my ideas and purely from my own work. i have thought a few months ago challenge a random picture for me to post in this community, but where in the month before it i was still hesitant to post it, but after i learned more it didn't hurt for me to try it.

Do you take Therapy, Or Led Zepplin? It´s all about the road you wish to take. Or could it be that we are all on that road to nowhere? Do we own that road, do we determine our destiny or are we simply led over a path that was chosen for us?

While we were there, we visited the little gift shop, which is situated at the entrance of the building. I never knew this quaint little shop even existed...mind you, it's been awhile since we've been there and a good few changes have been made to upgrade the place.

It was Sunday . I had no intention of going to the market because it was not on my schedule of going there. I was done buying my weekly stacks and going there again when it's unplanned triggered my indolent self. And the possibility of temptation to purchase more than needed was just so hard to resist. 😅

What made me plunge into pessimism for a while was the economic situation experienced in the previous years. In my case, it was from 2015 when my salary earned by the responsible work I was carrying out, vanished preventing me from continuing with the lifestyle to which I had become accustomed.

Community: Ladies of Hive

Hello, doesn't it seem incredible that we are already in the last days of the year, it is amazing how time has passed, so we must make the most of it and be focused on where we want to go, it is the only way to achieve our goals, although they can sometimes be altered by unexpected events that we can not control, so it is required to make adjustments to carry them out and if not change the plan, everything is valid there is nothing wrong with that, the important thing is to be in motion and with a good attitude that's all.
This concludes this batch's curation report. We would like to congratulate those who are featured and supported. Keep up the good work and continue to explore Hive Communities.
