In recent months the Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation and other bodies have issued warnings against investing in this unregulated market. However, with this announcement, there seems to be an acceptance of the digital currencies. This may be because of Nigerians investing heavily in the crypto market despite the warnings given.
