Face powder makes woman's face beautiful,it give us glowing faces. We also make use of face powder to make our faces dry and free of oil.
The process of making face powder is very simple.
My write up today is to teach us how to make face powder; but as we all know that there are different types of face powder.
Our focus today is on the general one.
Process to start:
CHEMICALS REQUIRED MEASUREMENT
1.talc 650g
2.precipitated chalk. 100g
3.zinc oxide. 200g
4.zinc stearate. 50g
5.perfume. to taste
6.colour. to taste
PROCEDURE:
step1. grind all the ingredients to
powder separately.
step2. Sieve the powders to ensure
that the product is well mixed.
step3. Add the perfume by spraying
into the powder during mixing.
Your face powder is ready for use.
The measurement above is for industrial use, you can proportionately measure little for personal usage.
Note:- industrially, mixing of the ingredient for face powder is usually carried out in an horizontal mixer with a screw agitator.
