Steeemit is a community, whether it's built on the Blockchain or not, so our relationships and interactions with people matters. The way we value, respect and rally each Steemians in need makes this platform standout from other Social platforms where Notice My Lifestyle is the Norm!
It is saddening that many Steemians we came onboard the same time are now out of steemit for one hideous reason or the other, the most notable ones is creating unnecessary enemies via comments and hate blogs.
One of the keys to survival on steemit is by healthy relationships with other users all over the world. Now i have seen many not liking to interact with users not from their race nor country; it is understandable if the reasons were that of Language barriers and some minor reasons. But should that be the excuses to make foreign friends?
Have it in mind that Google had solved this great puzzle with Google Translate!
Some users had also fallen into the temptation of over-zealousness to bond with other members and therefore keep violating many of the rules to been a successful happy Steemians.
I have seen Reputations fallen to pieces only because the individual was seeking attention the wrongest ways by spamming others with petty Follow for Follow and Upvote for Upvote. Some have made some drastic comments in some post they should have keep their trigger-typing fingers at Bay.
Reaching out is good, but doing it the right way in Chats and Channels earns you all the respect and friendship you want and without getting under anyone's skin be it Whale or Dolphins.
Some desperately needs attentions and therefore dropped many rude comments on Established Steemians posts. This and many more are instances of STEEMICIDES that had led some out of Steemit.
Whatever happens to direct chats in Channels and Chat rooms we can not say for many, but truth be told; not everyone is as receptive and so friendly like others. But you got to keep trying to communicate and never be discouraged.

Asking for Upvote for Upvote from a Whale/Dolphin is Dumb!
It is wrong to be rude to people in chat rooms and promotional channels to gain attention.
Listing all the Names of Whales and Dolphins plus all the Established Steemians in your posts makes you look Cheeky and Desperate. Imagine if about 1000 users are doing the same thing, do you think this esteem Steemians do not know what the look for in blog posts?
Been a successful Blockchain Blogger requires thoughts and Patient with a lot of Friendliness; do not get angry if you are snapped at because you have no idea what the person is going through. Never talk to people roughly in your comments or chat irrespective of what is happening to you at that moment:
even if your posts is earning Nil!!!
Your attitude during this growing phase matters most and it will surely count later on when you become an established Steemians in few months of Hardwork time!
