Now 6 days are done! It's totally easy and I have no desire anymore. Maybe because I can not breathe and had to stop anyway? After 6 days, the situation is slowly getting better, tomorrow again a medical appointment and then the therapy, unfortunately diagnosed is [COPD] (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chronic_obstructive_pulmonary_disease). A nasty illness that's probably genetically related to me, the few cigarettes I've smoked, can not really be the trigger. But in order to get rid of this epidemic I have to stay absolutely smoke-free in any case.
Nun sind 6 Tage geschafft! Es ist total einfach und ich habe keinerlei Verlangen mehr. Vielleicht weil ich keine Luft mehr bekomme und sowieso aufhören musste? Nach 6 Tagen wird die Situation nun langsam besser, morgen nochmal ein Arzttermin und dann die Therapie, diagnostiziert ist leider COPD. Eine böse Krankheit, die bei mir wahrscheinlich genetisch bedingt ist, die paar Zigaretten die ich geraucht hatte können eigentlich nicht der Auslöser sein. Aber um diese Seuche wieder los zu werden muß ich auf jeden Fall absolut rauchfrei bleiben.
