What's your view on North Korea?

Does anyone out there actually believe the news-spin that a tiny country of 24 million inhabitants sitting on $6 Trillion of natural resources is the aggressor, trying to provoke the world's biggest nuclear superpower (which incidentally needs to increase it's war spending drastically to delay another financial collapse by a few more years, as do other superpowers) who have already had the country under sanctions for decades to stifle them?
