This summer I was lucky to see and photograph some northern lights. It was the first time that I could take pictures of it and seeing it. Seeing with the eye was very limited, most of it was only visible due to the longtime exposure that I did up on the GIS - Hill here near Linz. I had to search a spot where there is only very few light pollution and I decided to get up there for some pictures. Eventhough it was not the best spot since most of the colorful lights hid behide the hill and some people where there with maglights that destroyed some of my pictures. Next time I need to find a spot where no other people disturb me but this is not so easy animore.
