Today it is 4 days since i wrote this post read here about how you can change your mind set to get control and lower your stress level.
Does it work???
Oh I can proudly say that it works on me and many of those around me notice the change:-)
What have i done?
*Wrote a list of special things that I need to do in the house (unfinished projects)
- Done 1 thing on that list everyday
-Changing counter-top on the bathroom sink
- adjusting the roof spot lights 24 spots
- cutting a hole to put in roof latter
- planting seeds for the garden
- cleaning my car
- Washing all the cushions on the sofa
- made agreements with people i need to finish other small jobs.
*Started to finish all i start
-When i make food, clean the kitchen straight away - Put things back where i found them
- If I see anything need to be done, i Do it straight away or put in my list (but no more then 9 projects on the list)
So what happens when i do this:-)
Well best of all my head is not spinning round and round.
My wife is smiling more
The list of unfinished projects is getting smaler
Our house looks better
I get less and less to do that hangs over me
I stress less.
Can I recommend this to others?
What do you think? Of course this is a simple way to change you life and improve your life quality. This 3 simple steps can be used inn all progresses in your life. Either personal or professional. As a mindset to adopt in your work days, I will bet if you do this from the top to the bottom, from the top leader to the lowest ranked. You will improve your bottom line and whats wrong with making more money while you also improve your and your works lifestyle.
So now it's time for a coffee brake, then doing the next thing on my list.
