An extreme low tide allowed me to get out to where the Pacific Ocean usually dwells on Coronado Beach. The iconic Hotel del Coronado is reflected in the light of late day.
This was Christmas Eve in 2014, and I was watching tide charts to know when to go take my walks. I rarely was able to get this far out in the 20 years I lived in this town, and count myself lucky to get the entire hotel property in the view.
