I am continuing my teasers for the Greek summer with a picture from the most popular and probably the most beautiful beach on Kythera island!
"Kaladi" can be found on the eastern coast of the island and it deserves all the attention it attracts every summer. Apart from August that it can get overcrowded, it provides a unique combination of crystal clear waters, amazing rock formations and lack of noisy tourist facilities that make it ideal for relaxation under the Mediterranean sun!
To enjoy all this you have to be willing, though, to drive for a while on a dirty road and to make the descent from the parking lot (where I took this shot) on foot.
