Greetings, friends!
This image from my home town of Karnobat was taken shortly after the renewal of the park with lights and fountain still working. Which I am not sure is the case any more. Thus I value it some more than usual. I've taken a lot of long exposure photos but few over there.
You use long exposure when you want to let more light in, usually in low-light conditions. It's evening already in this case, so, that's the way to go. We get streaks painted by passing cars and we have the milky-looking water. Unfortunately, my equipment had a lot of sensor dust plus it was quite dark already so no closed enough aperture used. If you close that one to a higher F number you would get starry looking static lights.
Anyway, I had the two light sources I wanted. What I did not have was good paintings by them in the same frame. So this one was made by combining two frames together - a decent water image and a decent car light image. Some history brushes were used to remove unwanted elements from the second one. And this is what we got now.
Yours,
Manol
