Hey there!
Continuing with the Apocalypse Horsemen, the fourth and last horseman to appear is the one representing Death, a pale horse rode by the angel of death, the grim reaper with it's iconic scythe, there is not much interpret here, it's pretty much straight forward.
I repurposed my earlier design for Pestilence (conquest) which fits better as a the Plague Harbinger and Death, a Plague Doctor riding a zombie horse followed by swarms of insects spreading diseases.
