I covered Fly me to the moon, a famous jazz standard.
This song, originally titled "In Other Words", was written by Bart Howard in 1954. Frank Sinatra's 1964 version became a huge hit worldwide and the song became a jazz standard.
An interesting fact: a copy of the song was played on the Apollo 10 mission which first orbited the Moon. It actually became the first music heard on the Moon when played on a portable cassette player by the astronaut Buzz Aldrin after he stepped onto the Moon.
Please, take a listen and let me know if you like it.
The lyrics:
Fly me to the moon
Let me play among the stars
Let me see what spring is like
On a-Jupiter and Mars
In other words, hold my hand
In other words, baby, kiss me
Fill my heart with song and
Let me sing forever more
You are all I long for
All I worship and adore
In other words, please be true
In other words, I love you
Fill my heart with song
Let me sing forever more
You are all I long for
All I worship and I adore
In other words, please be true
In other words
In other words, I love you
