Hello! Today I want to show you my new drawing from the collection of poor man's and rich man's food-"Poor man's dinner".
In all cuisines of the world, bread occupies the main place.
The history of bread began more than 15,000 years ago. The primitive people ate grains in their raw form, then began to rub them between stones and mix them with water. They ate such cereal food until they learned how to bake unleavened bread in the form of cakes of thick cereal dough. These dense, burnt pieces of grain mass resembled our bread little, but it was with their appearance that the baking era began.
Bread has been the main food of the poor and the rich at all times.
I decided to combine a large round loaf with what was on the table of any poor man: salt and onion.
Also I supplemented all this with small wild flowers.
