Weight gain and reduction has become one of the challenges in our contemporary society today.. Many attributions has been made towards what really works best but to my knowledge in nutrition, there isn't 'one best' method to reduce weight because it requires series of activities to achieve the desired results.......

BMI<18kg= Underweight
BMI>18 but <25kg= normal weight.
BMI>25 but <30kg= overweight.
BMI>30 but <35kg= Obese
BMI>35kg will now be portion into grades of Obesity.

At what weight do I need to reduce
One needs to reduce in weight when his or her BMI >25kg per body weight. Note, BMI >30 does not always mean you are overweight, some people have big muscles which increases their weight which intend increase their BMI when calculated "Why do I need to reduce in weight" One needs to reduce in weight when overweight or Obesity is diagnosed because they are known to cause serious health implications which includes; cardiovascular diseases, hypertension, type II diabetes, kidney diseases, reduction in work force etc.. ! Some causes of overweight and obesity.
1.Individual lifestyle choices ( alcohol intake high fatty diet etc)
- Environmental factors
- Lack of exercise or increased physical activities
- High intake of refined sugars
- Poor nutrition
- Lower intake in vegetables n fruits
- Genetic factors
