Our body can indeed also function like a factory where you add more protein and you get bigger muscle. However, that is a dangerous path. We must allow our body to work as a recycling depot for most of the time because all the toxin, old cells, damage cells, cancer cells, should all get removed. The "real" question should be.... Where do you get your fiber? I never seen anyone ever with protein deficiency. Yet, I see 75% of people are suffering fiber deficiency with all kinds of health condition, low energy, and low immune function.
