School holidays always make me think.... what else to feed the kids besides the usual rice, dishes & noodles.
Picked up salmon during grocery shopping with the kids today & decided to airfry it.
Placed the salmon on a bed of asparagus, topped with onions & garlic & a teaspoon of olive oil. Airfried at 180 degrees for 30mins.
Somehow, salmon tastes better when airfry compared to other types of fish.
Made spaghetti alio oglio with bacon bits, a bit of asparagus and sprinkled with dried parsley.
For greens, we had lettuce salad with avocado & pear.
Daughter loved the salmon and tolerated the salad. Both kids didn't like the aglio olio but they finished their pasta with minimum fuss.
Now what to cook tomorrow? Haiz....
