Yesterday had another meet up with my fellow #TeamMalaysiaBabes :
.
It was meant to be just a lunch meet up with the babes but our new member on Steemit decided to join us.
A couple of nights before the lunch meeting arrangement, the #teammalaysiababes had a great group chat on whatsapp about meeting up again. At the same time I was also asking whether the next meet up can be a mini “workshop” as I am still blurr sotong on some of the Steemit functions. It’s funny though because every time when we meet up, we always say that we shall get our Steemit account open and get a refresher course from the veterans’ ladies. But that always never happens cause we are always busy catching up on each other and getting to know more and more Steemians that we meet, so all this plan for a refresher cause is forgotten every time.
Maybe I’m old and forgetful cause up until now I still don’t know how to make full use of Steemit and the full functions of Steemit.
Still Blurr Sotong :
- Went for the Bootcamp in January – taught by
- too much info for this brain, exploded from overload.
- Read about Steemit fucntions so many links and Steemit for Dummies – (ugh, feels like going back to school) too much info again and again brain exploded.
- Ask questions from Steemians and Steemit babes – understand a little but could not digest most, too many.
So decided to come up with a list for the newbies to ask in person when we meet up for lunch. As some of us are still a newbie (
,
and myself) in Steemit, we were excited to get a hands-on tutorial.
We went to Opika as suggested by and the food was awesome there! Highly recommended! Menu - Too many to choose from and it’s an organic restaurant/café so we are all on the right track to live a healthy lifestyle. It was simply delish!
On to whipping out our lappie and crack the brains of Frances and Khim after we had ordered our lunch. The hands-on tutorial and questions and answers are SO MUCH BETTER than reading. I end up learning a few things from Pat and Khim.
Would like to say a big thank you to for a hands-on teaching to
,
&
for a hands-on teaching to
and me. Their generosity and the willingness to help another Steemians is commendable. It was the best quickie I’ve ever had, a hands-on learning quickie I mean. Guess now all I have to do is Practice! Practice! Practice! I learn more in one hour than in the last 2 months! Xie Xie Ni Ladies. Oh and not forgetting they taught us how to use discord as well!
I can’t wait for our next meet up to learn more from these wonderful ladies. I will have to remember to bring my lappie or mobile to our next meet-up so that I can have more hands-on tutorial, the best way to learn!
