contest by Wednesday Walk and Make me Smile Challenge. Then i would like to take this opportunity because i see a lot of things in my short walk everyday but today i am sharing atmosphere of hospital photos during the COVID-19 pandemic last year.
I went to hospital seeing my father-in -law during the COVID-19 pandemic last year. We admitted him for his kidney problem. After some days we known that he was affected by corona virus(COVID-19). Then some medicine is needed for him and these were not available that time of the hospital. After that i decided to go outdoors. That time was terrified along atmosphere of the hospital area. Because everyone was busy for their patient. I was also same situation. It was really difficult moment for my family because we had maintained 14 days self-isolate of our home. While COVID-19 is spreading rapidly, most people will experience only mild or moderate symptoms. That said, this coronavirus can cause severe disease in some people. COVID-19 is often more severe in people 60+yrs or with health conditions like lung or heart disease, diabetes or conditions that affect their immune system. I believe everything is good like before and have a enjoyable Wednesday walk for everyone.

We stayed three months in this hospital that pandemic time of corona virus We know that the most common symptoms of COVID-19 are fever, dry cough, and tiredness. Other symptoms that are less common and may affect some patients include loss of taste or smell, aches and pains, headache, sore throat, nasal congestion, red eyes, diarrhoea or a skin rash.
I think frozen vegetables are nutritious, quick to prepare, and consuming them can help reach the recommendations, even when fresh foods are scarce. Then all frozen fruits such as berries, pineapple and mango are great options, as they still contain high levels of fibre and vitamins and are often less expensive than the fresh versions. We consume enough fibre because it contributes to a healthy digestive system and offers a prolonged feeling of fullness, which helps prevent overeating.
we know some precautions are necessary to safe our lifestyle. These are :
- Wash your hands frequently with soap and water, or with a hand sanitizer.
- Maintain at least 1 metre distance from others.
- Wear a mask if you go outside.
- Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth.
- Eat lots of fruits and vegetables that contain high levels of fibre and vitamins.
- Stay at home if you have no emergency to go outside.
