Hello everyone!

This is a compilation post that will serve as a summary and status of the onboarding program. For those who are late to the party, OCD's onboarding program aims to bring more users to Hive and retain those users through the curation of posts submitted by the onboarders.

Anyone who's active in Hive is invited to apply as an OCD onboarder. Please see the details of the application process at the end of this post.

Everything is planned by our almighty creator. Nothing is constant in this dynamic world. From pods that became rivers, rivers that became lakes, and lakes that became oceans. The key to live life to the fullest is to embrace the person you are becoming.

Let me tell you a little bit about my story and how I got here. It was about 8 years ago that I decided to start my own business, because my attempts to work as a public employee at a university were not successful.

To be honest, I was lamenting a lot at that time, but with the support of my family, I moved forward. I took the reins of my professional life and became what I always wanted to be: a writer.

I had wonderful experiences, I met many talented writers, I understood what I wanted to do and how I wanted to help those who were there and had dreams like me.

Hello friends of hive, my name is José Manuel, I am 13 years old, I was born in the beautiful Margarita Island, I study second year and I am a good student, I like sports (basketball and karate) when I was little I practiced karate, I won several medals and trophies but I could not continue practicing because it was far away and my parents could not take me more because it is far and it is difficult to transport.

Since I was little, I have always heard the constant news that the past is behind us, the future is yet to come and the present is today. However, for the mind of a girl, as I was in my time, those expressions had no relationship with my life, they were not linked to me, perhaps because my ability to understand was very fresh or I simply saw it as something very distant.

Hello, everyone! I'm absolutely excited to embark on this journey of self-discovery here on Hive. I'm really looking forward to connecting with fellow adventurers, food enthusiasts, and fellow moms who are going through similar experiences and passions. It's a privilege to share my story and experiences with such a supportive community. Before we started, I want to extend my gratitude to Hive account@ayane-chan and Hive account@iam.jelay for introducing me to this platform and providing me with the opportunity to share my life's journey. So, without further delay, let's dive right into this adventure of getting to know me!

Who am I? I am Nohelia, I was born in Porlamar, Margarita Island, Venezuela, I am 18 years old. I have a mixture of Andean by my mother's roots and oriental by my father's side. Daughter of two wonderful parents, pillars of Chess neoespartano, my role models, my father Ulises, passionate about Chess, player, arbiter, coach and member of the Commission of Arbiters of FIDE America. My mother @JesyMora, trainer, President of the Chess Association of the State and member of HIVE.

Please take note that the stats do not reflect the current state of each onboarders as of this time because we are still catching up with this compilation post. The stats will be updated in each compilation post until it becomes up to date with the onboarding initiative.

OCD's onboarding program is conceptualized to be a powerful mechanism in attracting and retaining new content creators. Since incentives are given to active onboarders, it could be a nice income generation for those who wanted to focus more in inviting new users to Hive. If you want to be an onboarder, join us in OCD's Discord Server and write your application in #onboarder-application channel. Your application must contain the following:

Once you've applied, there will be a vetting process. We will check your on-chain activity to make sure that you can be trusted. Once you're in, you have the capacity to make an invite link using OCD's account creation token, invite anyone you think is a good addition to Hive with a quick and no SMS required account creation, nominate the posts of your invites through a special channel for curation, and get beneficiary rewards both from the users you've invited, posts like these and more benefits in the future!

Be warned that you are responsible for your invites. Meaning, their activity reflects on how you mentor them. Any suspicious activity of your invite can be a ground for your expulsion in the program. Make sure that before they start posting in Hive, you already oriented them on the activities to avoid such as plagiarism.
