A good idea will keep you awake during the morning, but a great idea will keep you awake during the night. - Marilyn vos Savant
Night time is probably the very best time to work: while everybody else is asleep, all the great ideas are ours.
Yet, that actually doesn't apply to the Steem community. Since this place is connecting people from all over the world, at someone's spot it'll be always as bright as day.
The Talent Factory aims to discover outstanding talents on the Steem blockchain around-the-clock. This concept is the ultimate response to vote trading services. It will accomodate the high demand of new users in attention and visibility - but the smart way :-) Our main purpose is NOT getting rich on the minnows' cost; we're aiming to really support them, independently form our own return.
While vote buying is like a straw fire in the big fight for attention and doesn't really contribute to growth in the long term, The Talent Factory will help people to optimize their output on the Steem blockchain effectively and sustainably.
The Talent Factory just got plugged into the Steem blockchain.
It's on!
The is now part of Steem city!
The creator of the 's new design was found in a Design Contest that took place during the past week. There were several extraordinarily fancy submissions, but one of them called my attention right from the beginning.
What nobody could know: when I was thinking about a look & feel for the I was imagining the skyline of 'Steem City'. The Talent Factory is supposed to become something like a meeting point for new users, where they will be lent an open ear for all the questions they'd like to address.
The Talent Factory aims to provide knowledge and foster talents on the Steem blockchain. So the overall goal is contributing to a healthy growth of this community.
Alexandra's - 's - design totally mirrors this idea.
Switch to 'Toggle Night Mode' Steemians, the
's on!
The new look & feel - designed by the winner
Congratulations
! It's been your first contest on steemit and you're the winner! 150 SBD have just been transfered to your account.
In the beginning I thought the design was too loaded.
But then I switched on the new 'toggle night mode' of Steemit's UI and everything suddenly made sense. Did you even know that - according to psychologists - the night mode is even the more productive one:
People who stay up late are more creative, intelligent and better at making life decisions. - thepsychmind.com
Awesome! Steem city is a place that never sleeps and that never stops being creative.
By the way congratulations to the community winner
who submitted another great entry and received the highest number of votes for it. 50 SBD are yours now!
's wallet proves that the winners have been rewarded accordingly
Now great changes require bundled forces.
The Talent Factory will be managed by more than one.
I'm glad to partner with a Steemian that will be able to complement my own doings in many ways. He's an extraordinarily talented vlogger and knows how to transmit knowledge in a professional and easily understandable way.
Furthermore, he's a real crypto expert, so I think we're going to be a great team!
I'm happiest to partner with
. Welcome on board of the Factory!
checking one of Matthew's latest vlogs on steemit
Great things are seldomly done by one person.
I'm glad Matthew asked me if I wanted to cooperate with him.
and I have been connected on Steemit, Facebook and YouTube for a while now. From our several chats I know that we will perfectly complement one another and have a lot of fun being creative together.
It's always great to find people who are as positive and energetic as you are :-)
Here's our promise: The best is yet to come!
So stay tuned for the introduction post of the which will be published soon. Also follow
here on Steemit to not miss any of our upcoming team vlogs! Yes, we're going to do some fancy recorded video convos. I've never done that in my life, but I bet it's going to be fun :-)
Enjoy your Friday, Steemians - and keep being awesome!

PS: If you're wondering why I haven't replied to many comments from yesterday yet, here's the answer:
It took me several attempts to finally publish this piece of content on the Steem blockchain, since my island is facing some serious technical issues with their electrical power supply. It's raining today which means that supposedly a couple of power lines got wet. You might actually believe that one of the most frequented touristical destinations in the world - which loves to call itself 'leading destination' - might have some more state-of-the-art networks. But it's not like that. With regards to technical infrastructure this place is worse than any country in the Third World, I swear. Anyways, after some hours of offline work now it's on the blockchain - baaaam! :-)
Thanks for your valuable time!
