Before, I wasn't interested on making portraits 'cause I struggled a lot on making the perfect shadowing, tones, and shades. In short, I got a hard time on achieving its realistic state. Also, I am not fond of watching tutorial videos. But since the day I entered in college, suddenly I became eager in improving and discovering my own skills in terms of arts. Maybe I realized that the field I was taking is art majority.
Last July 13, my bestfriend celebrated his 19th birthday and I decided to make a portrait of him as my birthday gift. I remembered two years ago, I also gave him a portrait but more like caricature hahaha. I will insert the photo of this old portrait.

And now, I can say that I'm a portrait addict hahaha. I keep on practicing everyday to see my improvements. Comparing my old works to the present ones, I am so glad to say that I'm really improving.

I never hesitate to post this in social media, simply because I am proud of myself. Before, I just look up on other artists but now I wanted to be proud of myself. It's just I didn't expect that I will get here, it was a dream come true for me. Hope I inspired you all!
Thank you! 😊
