14, 13, 12.... It is 12 days to Steemit in Nigeria conference (SIN) and the days are still counting down. The organisers are planning continuously, Hotels are being booked, and steemians are already packing their luggage in preparation as they come to the ancient city of Ile-Ife in Osun state, Nigeria.

The Steemit In Nigeria Conference is a yearly event which is visioned at bringing Steemians from far and near in Nigeria, under a single umbrella, thereby letting them learn, share, and network with one another.
One major problem in Nigeria is unemployment amongst youths and graduates. Trading economics says that the rate of unemployment in Nigeria increased to 14.2 percent in the last quarter of 2016.
The Steemit in Nigeria (SIN) conference is a way of helping to solve the youth unemployment program also making steem known through steemit.
Okay, I think I should cut all this economics and graph thing, so let's make it a little interesting.
ILE-IFE
Ile-ife is known to be the source and origin of the Yorubas, ruled by a king called the Oonirisa also called the Ooni, His Imperial Majesty ,Ooni Adeyeye Ogunwusi (Ojaja II).
The ancient town of Ile-Ilfe is known to be a place for tourism and a place to learn about the history of the Yoruba race. Ile-Ife has beautiful sights such as the Ori Olokun garden, The Oranmiyan staff (Opa Oranmiyan), The Oduduwa Garden and shrine and many more. Ile-ife is known to be a land of many mysteries and history (In Oba Ogunwusi's words)

As days count down towards the day of the event, so is preparation going on from getting the location ready, booking hotels, printing and distributing flyers, down to the procurement of the hotel premises for the after party, security, SIN clothes, and much more.
