CryptoRaiders is one of my best investments this year, and I think might actually be the ONLY project I'm Vested in where the developments seem to come rapid-fire: every week there is something new, and often MORE than was promised in the initial road map.
Over the last month we've seen...
TWO new dungeons introduced, which offer the chance of MORE loot.....
The only downside is that these dungeons do pander a little to the early adopters who have very high level raiders AND good gear, for someone like me, who has average stats and shit luck with the drops, I don't stand too much chance of clearing the latest dungeons.
Having said that, once items are transferable, that will help with this imbalance, it is still very early days!
An awesome Raider stats simulator
I'm not sure if this is entirely third party or part of the core team's development, but it's an awesome tool - you can enter your raiders stats and their weapons and then run these against different dungeons, getting your chance of success.
This means you can test out your raider before raiding and maximise your win chances.
If this were to be combined with paid-stat resets, now that would be awesome (stats are locked until the release of a new dungeon I think!)
DUALS are also here
I haven't tried this out yet, but you can pit one raider against another and dual them.
And there are some tasty looking tournament prizes too - you have to place in the early tournaments to have a slot at competing in the bigger money tournies, but it's a great development to see - should encourage burning of Aurum to level up those Raiders at a faster pace!
ANOTHER liquidity pool
ETH-RAIDER was added as a further liquidity pool in the BANK , which is just great for me as I had a fair bit of ETH kicking around, and liquid Aurum, so I've manage to jiggle some funds and get deeper into these pools.
And having an ETH pair, now that's NOICE!
Final thoughts - rapid development, a more positive gaming experience and an upward looking token price....
The game is getting better as it evolves, I'm FINALLY able to beat Heroic Hogger with the new stats tool, and I'm getting more idea of what I'm doing with the game.
And as an investment, the Raider I bought a few months back at $0.90 is now over the $2 mark, so I'm happy enough with that.
And people are staking it like crazy, for the Aurum return, locking it up for at least 3 months, and up to a year, which is good for the future price stability.
All in all, it's happy days with CryptoRadiers!
