It's important to step into our fears and vulnerabilities in life and in love. It's what facilitates our realness, keeps us human, facilitates things like growth, connection, authenticity and love. Two, three years ago, I would have never expected a move to California, in a cultural and heavy populated area from a small rural area in Duluth/Superior - (Minnesota/Wisconsin border towns) to embrace a path of newness, nice warm weather, music, unexpected love, an inviting open door, and everything about here.... All I know, is regardless, stepping into the unknown has been an experience thus far, has definitely been worth it and it's only been a week..... It has taught me so much about people, about privilege, other cultures, my own culture, gratitude, kindness towards others, and has made me thankful for both the people here and for my roots and family and people back home. Cheers to never giving up, to persistence, to determination, to living and to loving. Tell the people in your life you love them, take the jumps and risks your scared of for people and things that are worth to you and your path cause too often people do what is safe, comforting, and forget that growth comes from embracing all of the above. The thing is life is too short for regrets, and we only get one life to live.
