Steemit Open Mic Week 124, a parody song

This is my entry for week 124 of the steemit open mic contest. This is a parody song that my inner child wrote a couple of weeks ago. The music is loosely based on an old song from the 1960s. It just sort of popped into my head one afternoon in the middle of a conversation. After the initial idea, it didn't take too long to think up the rest of the lines for the song and get them written down. Since my inner child wrote the song, I let her perform the song. It seemed like the right thing to do...
