OpenMic Songwriters Challenge Week 6. All my soul

Sometimes we decide to turn our backs on everything we want, and escape. We get lost between mountains and forests, sea and sand, trying to escape from ourselves and from what we think hurts us. And yet, after feeling the fatigue of the trip, we discovered that it is time to face the problems, return home, observe the person we love and sometimes doubt that love, and make the most special gift of all: the delivery of our whole soul and all our love.

A veces decidimos darle la espalda a todo lo que queremos, y escapar. Nos perdemos entre montañas y bosques, mar y arena, tratando de escapar de nosotros mismos y de aquello que creemos que nos lastima. Y, sin embargo, luego de sentir el cansancio del viaje, descubrimos que es tiempo de enfrentar los problemas, regresar al hogar, observar a aquella persona que amamos y a veces dudamos de ese amor, y hacer la entrega más especial de todas: la entrega de toda nuestra alma y de todo nuestro amor.
