I actually know Bonnie Raitt. We lived in the same town (Mendocino, California)and she has got on stage with my band before. We played her hit, Love Letter which was written by Bonnie Hayes, while she sang it. It was awesome.

I've also played with her brother David Raitt.

The song I Can't Make You Love Me is written by Mike Reid and Allen Shamblin and is such a beautiful song.
