This is my entry for the Open Mic contest run by 
I was watching The Ballad of Buster Scruggs the other day and Tom Waits has a role in it. He has one of the great voices in music and I was inspired to try one of his songs. I can't match his full-on rasp, but I hope I don't spoil the song for anyone. I just went for one take despite some mistakes and my daughter sneaking into the room at the end. I need a red light outside to show when I'm recording.
