This week I've been deepening my devotion to wholeness by learning to accept all parts of myself. Even while many in the human world are mentally and emotionally divided in political and ethical polarities, can we still return to our hearts and remember that we are all invited to drink from the sacred well of life?
How can we remain in awe of the magic and mystery, while facing unknowns, dark emotions, and fears. With the support of vibrational medicine such as this song, we can remember that all parts of ourselves, all parts of others, all aspects of life (and beyond) are welcome here.

I believe the only way through this crisis is by integrating the shadow aspects of ourselves and looking through compassionate eyes at how we have collectively polluted, disrespected, and diminished the non-human world and our planet. When we courageously see that the way we have been living is out of harmony with the rest of the planet, we can make the shifts necessary and take humanity down a new pathway.
When we sing, we remember our oneness, our wholeness. When we sing, we open our hearts to a vast consciousness dimensions that puts us in the vibration of wonder, gratitude and awe.
I invite you to sing along with me and feel the vibration of this song inside your own body.
