Robotic Christmas
This is a piece that sold in Portland, OR before the infamous shooting on Alberta Street, Spring 2015.
My art display may of saved my life that day, as the perps had their eye on me first, being the human closest to the pow-wow drum circle. Never mind the psychic dream I had 2 weeks earlier. (Maybe more on that one in another post?)
It sold to a woman who rolled by on her skateboard. I wanted at least $50 for it, but wound up taking $20 instead. Called, "Robotic Christmas", it sort of makes fun of how robotic our species can be around the holidays. Are we decorating the tree, or is the tree laughing at us as it commands us to decorate it?
Much Love!
