We Are a Product of Our Environment
My time in Crestone was short. The buck that walked by me, stopped, then tried to kiss me on the lips as I drew this was one of the things that wanted me to actually stick around.
However, the constant construction noise was really throwing off my vibes. If you look closely at the drawing, the heart is a little lop-sided so I intend to start this one over again. Now that I am back in Salida where there is refuge from insanity, drawing should be easy again. Expect more drawings from me as I intend to stay in Salida for a while. All of this hitch hiking has taken it out of me and in the end, the deer that tried to kiss me walked away to seek out greener pastures.... just like the 8 of Cups.
Preparing to Leave
Oh, and not selling things really threw me off... the saving grace here is I managed to bum enough $$$ for coffee and wifi. This led to me getting a plate of breakfast food for free, as the man who ordered it must not of had a big enough stomach for an omelet and hash-browns. I took it from his table when he left and scarfed it down.
Then I paid visit to the free item area in town where people donate things they feel people may need. There I found a slick pair of reading glasses that not only look better on me, but allow me to see better. For all I know, these are actually prescription.
Two women brought me back into Salida yesterday, thanks, new glasses for making me into a hunk!
Plus, there were no Masonic buildings to channel here?
Much Love!
