Recently on one of the Facebook origami groups I followed someone asked where they should look for a more complex model to try after having mastered the origami crane. I rifled through my bookmarks and provided the following. It's a little bit less daunting to look through individual artists websites and if you do fall in love with their work you know that you can offer them support through patron or buying their books or even just a friendly comment.
Hong Kong Origami Academy

For super complex dragons and aliens
Joseph Wuโs website

Ranging in difficulty from simple to complex

Nick Robinsonโs website
http://origami.me.uk/diagrams/
Simple to Intermediate dishes and stars, an elephant head and a really cool Escher fish modular.
David Mitchell's website
http://www.origamiheaven.com/origamiunfolded.htm
Wide range of origami including modular, flexagons, puzzles, bowls and boxes. He has also written some interesting articles on designing your own models.
For videos you have the master
Jo Nakashima
Beautifully detailed videos which also include traditional diagrams in the top right hand corner. Wide range of videos with my favourite being the dragon bookmark.

Paper Kawaii
https://www.paperkawaii.com
Videos ranging from practical to fun. Simple to complex. Lovely presentation and easy to follow.
All but the top link are individual origami artists who are amazing and definitely deserve any support you would like to extend. This is by no means a comprehensive list nor does it include the large archival like websites or even all my favourites, however it is a place to start.
I hope this manages to help a few people in their explorations.
Yours sincerely, Grace.
