Good Day Kabayan and to all fellow steemians ! I am now sharing to you our Local Cuisine here in the province of AGUSAN DEL SUR.
Fish with Coconut milk is one of our main local cuisine here in our Province that we really proud of. I will share to you now WHY this is our cousine!
We do LOVE recipes with coconut milk right ? May it add to your desserts, homemade foods and etc because it delivers the food taste become better from its creamines and provide good health benefits also. And Here in our province we really used it as our main ingredient whenever we cooked our food in our HOME or for Business several times because dito sa probinsya namin ay may maraming niyog na tumutubo.
And Why I choose Fish with Coconut milk? It is because the history of our province. AGUSAN was named after a Malay word Agasan, meaning, “where water flows”, probably because of the mighty river that traverses the whole area. We really blessed with such water in our area.. We have big rivers and ponds in which we our rich with water resources! and the main resources we actually consume in our daily living is FISH
#Fishes really important for us because it is one of the livelihood for our local fisherman and sold by our entrepreneurs to our community and also export to another provinces in Mindanao. SO these are my reasons why I choose FISH with Coconut Milk because we have abundance with Coconuts and Fishes in our Province and we actually served this cuisine during our festive day of celebration

1 tablespoon ghee or olive oil
1 onion, chopped
ground coriander
tomatoes
1 teaspoon turmeric
long red and green chillis
2 garlic cloves, crushed
curry powder
400ml coconut milk
Chopped CatFish
