History
Aquí me sumare a este día con una historia, que comienza con dos chicas que trabajaban juntas y eran amigas, se llevaban muy bien en su trabajo, compartían entre risas siempre su jornada laboral. Pero una de las chicas siempre llegaba tarde y siempre tenía una excusa. Mientras que la otra era muy puntual y cumplida. A pesar de esto se la llevaban muy bien las dos.
Llego un día que la chica que siempre tenía una excusa dejo de asistir a su trabajo. Ella trabajaba en la tarde; y desde que dejo de asistir el espacio quedo desasistido.
Here I will join this day with a story, which begins with two girls who worked together and were friends, they got along very well at work, they always shared their workday with laughter. But one of the girls was always late and always had an excuse. While the other was very punctual and fulfilled. Despite this, the two of them got along very well.
One day the girl who always had an excuse stopped attending her work. She worked in the afternoon; and since I stopped attending the space I was left unattended.
Un día llega una supervisión de una personalidad de nivel central; y es recibida por la chica que trabaja en el turno de la mañana que siempre cumplía con su horario y su trabajo. Lo cierto es que había llegado a nivel central que ese espacio en su totalidad estaba sin atención. Entonces la chica responsable tuvo que defenderse y mostrar con pruebas que el espacio si estaba operativo. Claro no se nombró a la otra chica que había dejado de asistir a su espacio.
One day a supervision comes from a central level personality; and is greeted by the girl who works the morning shift who always kept to her schedule and her job. The truth is that it had come to the central level that that space in its entirety was without attention. Then the girl responsible had to defend herself and show with evidence that the space was operational. Of course, the other girl who had stopped attending his space was not named.
Pasaron varios meses y después esta chica sale del país en búsqueda de mejorar su calidad de vida. Pero lo cierto es que su actitud había colocado muy mal este espacio donde laboraba.
Llego un día que se realizó una reunión a nivel central y a la chica responsable la llamaron aparte y le preguntaron por su compañera; y ella decido decir la verdad que ella había dejado de asistir y se había ido del país.
Querían realizar un proceso administrativo, sin embargo la encargada logro que ella realizara una renuncia por escrito desde donde estaba y la mandara vía whatsapp. De esta manera fue que renuncio via online.
Several months passed and then this girl leaves the country in search of improving her quality of life. But the truth is that his attitude had placed this space where he worked very badly.
One day a meeting was held at the central level and the girl responsible was called aside and asked about her partner; and she decided to tell the truth that she had stopped attending and had left the country.
They wanted to carry out an administrative process, however the person in charge managed to get her to make a written resignation from where she was and send it via WhatsApp. This is how I resigned via online.
Desde ese entonces, la amistad de esas dos chicas se rompió; y más nunca lograron comunicarse.
Since then, the friendship of those two girls has been broken; and more they never managed to communicate
Las acciones que decidas tomar, hazlo sin llevarte por delante gente que tengas a tu alrededor. Que hubieses hecho tú? Dices la verdad de la situación o fueses preferido callar.
Esta es una historia de renuncia laboral y rompimiento de una mistad, por ser sincera la chica responsable.
The actions you decide to take, do so without taking people around you with you. What would you have done? You tell the truth of the situation or you preferred to keep quiet.
This is a story of job resignation and friendship breakup, because the responsible girl is honest.
