Any ache, sickness, pain, or discomfort in the body is its way of communicating a deeper, metaphysical message to us. That reminds us something is out of order or not in its place. Any such discomforts or pain can be removed by aligning yourself to divine.
Whether it's a physical pain or emotional pain, the body is trying to get your attention in order to get you to mindfully attend to something going on internally.
YOUR BODY IS TALKING TO YOU - are you listening?
Our bodies are constantly giving us feedback.
When we experience discomfort, pain, fatigue, or notice bodily changes (skin rashes, ringing ears, itchy eyes, headaches, sore stomachs, achy joints or muscles, dry or oily skin, dizziness for example) our body is letting us know that we are out of balance.
Our symptoms are actually signs that something needs to be addressed to bring the body back to a state of balance, rhythm and harmony. This could be stress, diet, fluid intake, emotions, thoughts, sleep, relationships, exercise, standing/sitting posture, breathing, environment, work-life, home-life, medications, and/or supplements. Please listen what's your body telling you through pain, discomfort.
Pain is the body's way of telling you that something is out of balance/harmony.
When pain strikes many people try to fight it, oppose it and engage in conflict with it causing further resistance and downward spiral, essentially preventing the self-healing our bodies are designed for.
We make it so it is now an internal battle that is very difficult to win. We need to stop doing this and come to the understanding that the pain in and of itself is not our enemy, it is simply the messenger.
And as the saying goes...Don't shoot the messenger. ๐
