If you haven't already heard Palnet.io, just launched 3 days ago. With it came the launch of PALCoin, the Palnet.io Token that is being distributed through a claim drop for Steemians.
What is Palnet.io?
Think of it as something akin to a new Steem frontend, like Steempeak.com or Busy.org, but one that rewards users with its own PALCoin Tokens on top of the usual STEEM/SBD/STEEM Power Rewards. You can read more about Palnet.io, its PALCoin Token, and the PALCoin claim drop here.
What's so exciting about Palnet.io and its PALCoin?
For me, I see Palnet.io as an opportunity to get on the ground floor of what could be a great project. Think about it. A lot of the active users and investors who created their Steem accounts in the early days of the blockchain in 2016 are the ones who experienced the big gains and massive account growth from their early activities.
And because Palnet.io's PALCoin function the same way like STEEM. Then perhaps this is our chance to earn PALCoins early on so we can sell them on Steem-Engine to make a quick buck. Or better yet, we could start staking our PALCoins to increase our PAL Power (the Palnet.io equivalent of powering up STEEM to increase STEEM Power) so we can be whales down the line.
Me, I've staked all 244 PALCoins I got from the claim drop. It's not a lot, that's not even Minnow-level, but by publishing on PAlnet.io like I'm doing with this post, I have the chance to get more PALCoin rewards to grow my PAL Power faster.
So, are you staking your PALCoins, yet? Or would you rather make a quick buck and sell them right away?
Thanks for stopping by!
