My mother often complains of her own body pains and she has this lifestyle that not anyone does, she drinks a lot of water. Now it is good to drink a lot of water but my mother drinks pints of it at a time.
It started when she got diagnosed and treated with urinary tract infection so the doctor told her to drink lots of water and so she did. It was way back since I was still young when she started drinking like a camel and peeing like a cow.
So my mother would not get comfortable traveling in a bus or if we do not use our own vehicle because she is peeing frequently. Of course if you drink large amounts of water you would surely pee like a whatever.
She is the reason when I was just starting to develop my own Kidney condition that I also drank a lot which maybe contributed to the early destruction of my Kidneys because drinking a lot of water with an already damaged kidneys didn't help, it just made me uncomfortable with electrolyte imbalance.
So what does do to my mother's pain complaints, I just suspect that she is lacking in some minerals like magnesium. It is because magnesium is water soluble and goes out from the body through the urinary tract. Now since my mother drinks extraordinary amounts of water it could be the factor about her pains.
I know what to do I will just make her take a calcium supplement with Magnesium in it since we already knew the value of talking Calcium for my self and her as well because she is already old I think she needs also to supplement her body with Magnesium.
Magnesium is not dangerous even in large amounts in the body because you can just pee out the excess and if a person has a normal urinary tract it is not dangerous and even beneficial as it has a relaxing effect on the muscles which can provide a relief for some kinds of body pains.
