Trying to get Aurora Traffic and Click Roads active again is an adventure to say the least. I try to get feedback on what members would like to see added, removed or changed and I get nothing. I make changes and then send out emails letting them know what I've done and nothing.
This confuses me because surfers talk about these things in chat, but when they have the opportunity to directly influence, or even help create change, they drop the ball. I send emails with an email address to directly engage with me and they don't take that opportunity. I WANT and need to know what my members would like.
Now I'm wondering what I should do, keep doing things quietly behind the scenes? Should I keep trying to communicate as I'm working on making improvements? Should I send emails left and right until someone responds? I have no idea at this point, but I do want interaction.
Any input from non members at this point is welcome.
