Sweat is the water after exercise, so that the body is healthy day by day, it is like a small tree seedling in the rain, will grow little by little.
Sports are mainly divided into "aerobic exercise" and "anaerobic exercise", which are often carried out separately when people choose. Maybe in this world, there are also people who have both aerobic exercise and anaerobic exercise, I count one.
I've done these two combinations before, but they're not continuous, and I've never thought about completing the combination of anaerobic exercise and aerobic exercise in a short time. It sounds a little crazy because I'm really doing a lot of exercise.
I decided to do this six days ago. Before that, I simply completed 100 squats a day, but from that day on, the amount of exercise was gradually increasing. At first, I set the amount of exercise I did.
- 200 squats under heavy load
- Skipping rope 1600 times
- Total load 3 kg
Then two days ago, on July 24, my exercise began to increase.
For 200 squats with heavy loads, I finished them in one time, and there will be no longer a long rest in the middle. When the heavy squat is finished, I will do some stretching exercises to prepare for the next 1800-2000 jump rope.
After stretching, I started rope skipping. I do rope skipping in 10 groups, 180-200 times each. Sometimes I do 2-3 groups at the same time. The whole process was not pleasant, but I still had to keep smiling and jump on until the task was finished.
I really hope everyone can experience this combination, this amount of exercise, after all, it's really cool. When the whole combination is completed, the legs are like rubber bullets and become rigid, only through some stretching exercises to make themselves feel better, such as leg lifting.
Although such a combination of sports is really difficult, but it is also a challenge to oneself, in the face of difficulties, will not easily shrink back. It's about facing it bravely, making every effort to overcome this difficulty once and for all.

汗水是运动之后的浇灌物,让身体一天一天地健康起来,这就像是小树苗在雨水地滋润下,会一点一点的茁壮成长。
在体育运动中主要分为“有氧运动”和“无氧运动”,这两种运动在人们选择的时候,往往分开进行的。可能在这个世界上,也有人将有氧运动和无氧运动同时进行的,我算一个。
这两种运动组合我以前也有进行过,但并不是连续性的,我也没想过在短时间内连续完成【无氧运动+有氧运动】的组合。这听上去有点疯狂,因为我的运动量真的很大。
我是六天前决定这么做的,在那之前我还只是简单的每天完成100个负重深蹲,但从那天开始,运动量在逐步增大。刚开始我设定的运动量为
- 负重深蹲 200个
- 跳绳 1600下
- 总负重 3公斤
然后在两天前,也就是7月24日那天,我的运动量开始逐渐增大。
对于200个负重深蹲,我是一次性完成的,中间已经不会出现长时间地休息了。当负重深蹲完成之后,我会进行一下伸展运动,为接下来的1800-2000下跳绳做准备。
在做完伸展运动之后,我紧跟着就开始了跳绳运动。跳绳运动我是分为10组来完成的,每组180-200下,有时候我会同时进行2-3组。整个过程挺不好受的,但是我还是需要保持笑容继续跳下去,直到任务完成为止。
我真希望大家都能来体验一下这样的组合,这样的运动量,毕竟这真的很酷。当完成整个组合的时候,双腿就像是打了橡胶弹,变得硬邦邦的,只有通过一些伸展运动让自己好受些,例如抬腿运动。
虽然这样的运动组合真的挺难的,但是这也是对自我的一种挑战,在面对困难的时候,不会轻易退缩。而是勇敢去面对,使出浑身解数,一次性跨过这道难关。
