~[Aerobic Exercise] + [Anaerobic Exercise] Continued ~
Life is about exercise. Proper physical exercise every day can make your body younger and healthier. Choosing sports means choosing a better life and a better tomorrow.
Keeping exercising every day is to prepare for the next wonderful moment and the next critical moment.
There are two kinds of sports.
- Aerobic exercise
- anaerobic exercise
Aerobic and anaerobic sports include a lot of sports respectively. Our common aerobic sports are running, rope skipping, swimming, bicycle riding, etc. And anaerobic sports include squatting, weight lifting, long jump, tug-of-war and so on.
In my life, time and space are very precious, so I am also very critical about the choice of two sports. Among these two kinds of sports, I prefer anaerobic exercise "squatting" and aerobic exercise "rope skipping".
These two kinds of sports can save time and space very well, and can bring me the best sports effect.
Among them, anaerobic exercise "squat", I carried out a weight-bearing squat, weight-bearing 4 kg, squat times of 200.
Aerobic exercise "rope skipping", which I only started yesterday, but the initial amount of exercise is very large, mainly in the aspect of rope skipping, I have a foundation.
Aerobic "rope skipping" exercise is 160 times per minute, complete 10 groups, a total of 10 minutes, the total amount of exercise is more than 1600.
The combination of aerobic exercise and anaerobic exercise started yesterday. The whole process is okay, just like jogging for 30 minutes, but the energy generated by exercise is much more than that generated by running.
After yesterday's end, I woke up today and found that my right leg was a little sore. It was very similar to my old injury more than ten years ago, but I continued to exercise. Today, I continued my combination of aerobic exercise and anaerobic exercise. Today's completion speed is faster than yesterday's, mainly because the speed of rope skipping has increased.
Each group completed in one minute, in fact, more than 200 per minute is not a problem. But proper exercise is enough, and excessive exercise is likely to cause physical injury again.

- 有氧运动
- 无氧运动
有氧运动和无氧运动分别囊括了非常多的运动,我们常见的有氧运动有跑步、跳绳、游泳、自行车骑行等;而无氧运动则有深蹲、举重、跳远、拔河等。
在我的生活中,时间和空间是非常珍贵的,所以我对于两种运动地选择也是比较挑剔的。在这两种运动当中,我比较喜欢的是无氧运动“深蹲”和有氧运动“跳绳”。
这两种运动可以很好地节约时间和空间,并且能给我带来最佳的运动效果。
其中无氧运动“深蹲”,我进行的是负重深蹲,负重量为4公斤,深蹲次数为200下。有氧运动“跳绳”,这个是我昨天才开始的,不过刚开始的运动量就非常的大,主要是在跳绳运动方面我是有基础的。
有氧运动“跳绳”的运动量为,每分钟160下,完成10组,一共用时10分钟,总的运动量为1600下之多。
【有氧运动】+【无氧运动】的结合进行,是我从昨天就开始了。整个运动过程还算可以,就像是慢跑了30分钟一样,但是运动产生的能量可比跑步产生的要多很多。
昨天结束之后,今天起床发现自己的右腿小腿有点酸痛,这很像是我十多年前的旧伤,但是不影下我继续运动。今天我继续了我的【有氧运动+无氧运动】组合,今天的完成速度比昨天要快些,主要是跳绳速度提升了。
每组完成在一分钟之内,其实每分钟完成200多个不是什么问题。但是适当的运动就够了,运动量过度了很可能让身体再次受伤。
