For the dough flour
1 1/2 cups flour
4 tablespoons yogurt
Salt taste accordingly
Mix well to make a mixture
3/4 cup grated cottage cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
2 t-spoon finely chopped green chillies
1/2 t-spoon grated ginger
1/4 t-spoon turmeric powder
A pinch of garam masala
salt to taste

Flour, to dust
To ghee, brush and cook
Method
For the dough flour
Filter the dough and salt together in a bowl. Add curd, knead soft dough using some lukewarm water.
Cover with wet cotton cloth and keep it aside for 2-3 hours.
Further ritual
Spread the stuffed mixture into 10 equal parts and put aside.
Divide the dough into 10 equal parts, using each dough with a little dough, roll it in small round shape.
Place a portion of the stuffed mixture in between the balls. Close the edges and bring them together.
Using slightly dry flour, again take a round of round size of 75 mm (3 ") diameter.
Chop the Kulcha with ghee and peel it on the hot pan, until both golden stains are formed.
Repeat the rituals 3 to 5 and make 9 more clans.
Serve hot with a little ghee.
