There is this growing trend with parents, especially those that have a nine-to-five job, to ship off their children to these pre-primary schools.
Kids barely two years are dropped off at these schools by parents rushing off to the various officers. Some are even too busy to do this drop-off, so the drivers and nannies do it.
The children first real-world interaction is now the school. I understand most parents want a child with an MSc before the age of 20.

But are these kids emotional mature to be left in custody of strangers?
There have been arguments for and against the practice of very early schooling. Proponents believe it is at such age that the child's ability to learn and assimilate is at its best.
That same group thinks to send a child to school early, makes the child smarter, have greater social skill as the interaction with people begins at a very young age, bolder than their counterparts at home.
The people against it believe the child may grow to have trust issues as the child may not trust the strangers that are thrust into their lives at such a young age, and would lash out at the nearest disagreement or irritation they encounter.
This angry nature may be something they would not outgrow.
Such child develops hostile attitudes that tend to breed disobedience that is latent in the child, only to creep up as he or she grows.
Children that are young learn differently, as most learn through play, exploration and mimicking the behaviors of close adults and other children.

As a parent, would you send your two-year-old or less to school? If yes, I would like to hear your reason(s) and vice versa. Until next time. Keep steeming.
