Found this nearly demolished building in Manila city earlier today.
Turned out to be a protected heritage site. The outgoing Mayor of Manila, the convicted plunderer Joseph Estrada, ordered it to be torn down, and the demolition was almost complete when the National Historical Commission issued a cease and desist.
