Hi I am a new crypto user and entrepreneur. I have been looking into ways to make money online for years. I even read about bitcoin in 2011 and again in 2013 when I tried to set up a miner. I had no idea what I was doing so I did not benefit at all. I had just started a new job which was my full focus but wow if I would of just bought in at 40$ or even 400$. I remember checking the price a couple times and seen those prices. This was long before I went down the rabbit hole. Now back to the title buying a house for 1 dollar. I would be a first time home owner and I research it from time to time. I read that hud has a program where if a foreclosed home is on the market for 6 months and does not get sold it may be able to be purchased for a dollar. There are some stipulations and so far I have not seen any in the areas I checked but it can be done. I would want to live in it for awhile and be willing to fix it up. If you would be too then you get first dibs over investors. I may be wrong on a few things but just thought I would share. I never would of thought it could be done and maybe this could help someone.
