The Garden of the Gods should be one of the first stops when visiting Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs. The park opens first thing in the morning and is perfect for watching the sunrise over the magnificent and otherworldly rock formations, visitors can park and hike the numerous trails or take the driving tour through the park which offers tons of great photo ops such as Balanced Rock.
We had a fantastic time viewing the formations and walking around the well marked paths.
